1、廁所裏的水是混濁的，不能用。我們沒有洗漱。
2、馬桶是壞的，沖的水是混濁的，黃色的，很噁心。
3、床上放的抱枕是破的臭的。
4、隔音巨差！一晚上聽隔壁聊天，孩子哭聲整個樓道能聽到，也沒有服務員去提醒！
5、床單被罩很臟，很膈應！
6、贈送早餐，饅頭是硬邦邦的，餐具臟，毫無食慾，我們沒有吃。
不能退房，按金一百。唉，很膈應的一晚。

房間跟洗浴中心還有ktv都在一棟樓上面人員比較多，也比較複雜，所謂的温泉票就是一個大澡堂，澡堂裏面的設施也不是很理想，房間裏面比較臟，有穿過的一次性拖鞋，還有別人的衣服，好像是沒人的時候就有人在裏面住，所以衞生不敢好評。其他方面停車比較方便，前面有大片的停車場，而且離小西天非常近，性價比還可以，如果沒有什麼特殊要求的話，就是很便宜。
