因為停水，衹想在附近找個酒店洗個澡，休息一下。進了房後，首先頂燈不亮，接着洗澡，發現浴室沒有燈。想想不用聯繫了，就洗個澡，那就算了。當晚沒有在酒店睡，第二天早上回去退房，打算打電話請前台讓人來查房（因為有按金）。結果電話是壞的。下樓請前台查房，告訴前枱燈是壞的，電話是壞的。前台連回一個字都沒有，當做沒聽到。在攜程用了十年，第一次住到這樣的酒店。

酒店整體還算是過得去，但是前台服務人員的服務態度太差，給我們理入住的服務人員，強詞奪理，我説我要兩個挨着的房間，因為有小朋友坐輪椅，需要在一起照顧，她很生硬的説現在沒有；我説那我們等一會兒會有嗎？説，也沒有，現在都住了。合著整個酒店都住滿了，就我們來晚了？而且我辦理入住是16:00左右。我説，那我訂房的時候標註了要兩個挨着的房間，你們為什麼在排房的時候不看？她説沒有看到我的要求，後來我拿出了切屏她才相信，態度並沒有表明是自己的問題。經過一番爭論後，又有房間了，我真是醉了。説需要等會兒，我問是因為房間沒有打掃好嗎？我不知道是不是沒有打掃好，就是需要等會兒。我很無語，什麼都不知道是怎麼在這兒服務客人的？感覺我花錢就是被她奚落的。 另外，説下早餐，早餐還是不錯的，有些DIY自己操作的，很不錯。
