Tianzhu International Hotel

If you are planning to book this hotel, please think twice. Think twice and think again. I booked two rooms and there was no hot water at night! There is no hot water! There is no hot water! If it is important, I repeat it three times. Before I booked, I saw previous negative reviews reporting this problem. When I saw that it happened last year, I naively thought that it had been more than a year and that it had been solved somehow, but it turned out not to be the case! Not really! There is no hot water in either room. What's even more bizarre is the hotel's reaction. Called the front desk and they said the hot water needs to be left out for a while. I said that I had been running hot water for half an hour, but there was no hot water at all. Then the front desk said that you should put hot water first, then cold water, and then hot water. I think? ? ? ? ? Is this an insult to my intelligence? Later, a person came to look at it. The person who looked at it had nothing to say. There was indeed no hot water. I asked if I could change rooms and was told that they were fully occupied. Then he asked us if we could go to the 10th floor to take a shower. What was even weirder was that the water on the 10th floor was not hot! ! ! There is no way to wash it. I thought I was in good health, so I reluctantly took a shower at this lukewarm water temperature (probably only 20 degrees Celsius). The next day, I had a severe headache. I found another hotel and took a hot shower the next night before it got better. This is on the plateau, so I advise you not to make fun of your own body! I generally don't comment unless it hurts me. The pictures and text have nothing to do with it, it just wants more people to see it, so don’t step into any trap!

The hotel environment is very nice, the breakfast is quite rich, the service staff is enthusiastic, I will come again next time, and there are service staff to coordinate when parking, thank you!
