I am so hesitant to say this because the staff works hard to do what they can with this property, but this is the worst place I've stayed in at least 10 years.
Let's start with the good: It is a very short walk from a metro station.
The bad: The whole property has a damp smell. It's so bad that it's cumbersome to take a deep breath without coughing. The rooms without windows allow smoking and can you ever smell it. The drawers near the bed won't close. The lamps on the nightstands didn't work.I found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. Orders must be picked up from the lobby. No fridge even though there's a spot to put a fridge.
Glad I came here alone because I think my girlfriend would leave me instead of staying here.

Quick and easy check-in. Rooms are available for up to 3 adults at a reasonable price. Barrel rolling facilities are strong.

3 minute walk to jianye road metro station , one metro station to ferry terminal . $30 USD per night . Big room ., so far so good ...

This hotel is conveniently located near the metro and bar street in xiamen. They are accomadating to foreigners. I booked the basic room, the price is cheap. The room was clean I have no complaints. If you want a well priced clean and well located hotel this is for you.
