很棒的住宿環境，乾淨方便，下樓三分鐘就到步行街，好吃的店都在附近，打車也方便，房內設施一應俱全，下次還會再來

房間亂七八糟，連個桌布都鋪得歪七扭八的，你説基礎實施沒辦法，但至少收拾整齊吧，熱水器一會零度，一會四十幾度，要不就不出水，洗個澡都是將就着洗的，以後可別在遇見這種的民宿了，體驗感差到不行

位置在一個破舊商場上面 房間旁邊都是一般民宅 非常亂和吵 會聞到隔離的炒菜味 裝修非常舊 完全和照片不乎 投影機也是壞的對不了焦 我登記入住後覺得还是不要住了 實在太差 就找了其他酒店離開了 之後嘗試退錢也退不了 萬幸只訂了一晚 算我倒楣了

老闆是個帥哥，話不多，入住的時候很親切，會幫忙提醒行李，還會傳民宿地址導航讓人非常窩心，打掃阿姨非常認真每天都會來打掃，環境非常適合家庭過來居住，價格也非常的親民， C P值非常的高，最後退房時還能讓我們寄放行李，這點讓我們非常的省心（我們也是看到網路上有人說可以寄放，原來傳說都是真的），最後非常推薦小資家庭入住。

性價比可以，在廈門中山路這個價格完全很滿意了，前台服務態度好，有問題馬上就給解決了，設施相對來説簡單一點，但是衞生很不錯。

衛生、服務都不錯還有電梯不用搬行李，電子密碼房門鎖時間到就需要重新設定挺安全的。
連續住4晚，有洗衣機有陽台還有冰箱每天都有阿姨來小清潔補充衛生紙，位子離中山步行街、八市、地鐵步行7～15分鐘左右方便。

房間沒有暖氣，孩子晚上睡覺都凍感冒了！熱水也很差，不穩定，洗個頭發就沒熱水了，更別提洗澡了！太難了…..

1.酒店位置確實不錯，就在中華城附近。走一會兒就到了，
2.民宿環境不太行。從入住到退房，我一共發現了三衹蟑螂，一衹蜘蛛。咱就是説，衞生條件真的有待改善。
3.民宿隔音不是很好，不管是臨街窗户還是內部過道。窗户關緊都沒什麼隔離效果。
