The hotel was superb. The design is so beautiful - you can spend hours just admiring the building and looking at the light change. The bag drop service was easy to sort from the ferry. They contacted us on WeChat and made everything really easy. Breakfast is impeccably curated but a little limited. The service is outstanding, nothing is too much trouble. I felt like a luxury paradise. Bed was comfortable.

I stayed in this hotel with my 1 year old son and we had a great time. It is a lovely place, service and support from the stuff was amazing, really helpful. They cooked separate baby food for us. I highly recommend

Lovely hotel, we had the top floor suite, view of Sunlight rock from one of our three rustic shutter windows. Nearby walk to everything, away from busy streets so nice and quiet at night. Shower was fantastic, built into the ceiling and hot quickly. Afternoon tea was nice with some cakes. Breakfast not ideal for foreign travellers I think, but was sufficient. Room was very clean and staff were very helpful. The laundry service was a nice touch, having our clothes promptly washed during our stay. Would 10/10 recommend to friends and other visitors.

The service is fantastic, all the staff are so helpful, kind and thoughtful. Add them on WeChat to have an instant messaging service. The hotel amenities are also of great quality and superb variety, even an eye compression mask after a tiring day.
Note that the air conditioning takes a bit of time to cool down, may be an issue on hotter days. Otherwise, no complaints at all. Super satisfied for the price paid!

Lovely and stylishly decorated hotel. It was hard to find at first and we just walked passed the gate without realising. The signage was not prominent so easy to miss. However, the hotel is tastefully decorated and emit class and style. Perfect blend of modern vs the nostalgic feel of the building. I feel inviting and just wanted to stay in hotel and not leave at all. Service from staff is prompt and they are very friendly and respectful. As they have limited staff and may not be at reception all the time but they carry the phone around so do text them at wechat and they replied almost instantaneously.
The room was comfortable and love the Internet TV. The only downside is that the gate bell wasn't working well and we couldn't get someone to open door (prior to check in). But we texted on wechat and came quickly. Thoughtful amenities to our pleasant surprise to include eye steam mask and make up remover.
Love the linggan chain hotel. Can't wait to book their other hotels in the island.
