前台態度極差！
第一，晚上斷電一小時，不僅不道歉還找客人不是。
第二，承諾提供餐具，到下午一點還沒拿來，催一下，直接對客人爆粗話。
第三，房間空調無暖氣。聯繫事情極不耐煩。
差評，不要入坑！！！
