房間佈置的很貼近主題，到處充滿了長頸鹿元素，長頸鹿被子，長頸鹿頂燈，長頸鹿水杯等等。
前台小姐姐態度都很好，辦入住時主動提醒了下午有手工活動需不需要幫忙預約登記👍🏻第二天一早7點多發消息提醒了我們9點有萌寵互動，工作很負責👍🏻
訂的房間在1樓，在陽台就可以喂長頸鹿，一開始擔心會不會很臭，到了之後發現其實還好，擔心多餘了。小朋友一進房間就提着樹葉去喂長頸鹿了。
酒店到動物園有專門的通道刷臉進出很方便。動物園總體不大，但是有馬戲演出，有娛樂設施，小朋友玩的很開心。

服務真的很好，孩子們住的也很開心，之前看到有些不好的評論，來的時候還挺忐忑的，進屋看見長頸鹿的一瞬間，所有顧慮都沒有了。提前加了微信，告訴了我們很多小貼士，來來回回跑了幾次買樹枝，前台小姐姐小嬋説，下次打電話送過來，省的我們來回跑，很貼心。早餐很豐富，環境更是沒的説，出門就是動物園入口，動物園不大，但是小動物們都很有精神，一看就是被照顧的很好，第二天因為下雨，實在小動物互動沒體驗到，稍微有些小遺憾。

在酒店裡，出門就能看到長頸鹿，動物園裡麪的動物也有很多。馬戲表演也非常精彩絕倫，關鍵是園區裏面還有小熊貓。我們這個房間用早餐和在房間裏面都可以投喂到長頸鹿真的超級可愛。小朋友很喜歡。大家可以來試試長頸鹿主題的酒店，工作人員服務也超級好，為他們點贊

春節到廈門，不想去鼓浪嶼人擠人就想找別的景點，偶然發現這個酒店，前台服務熱情管家有求必應，動物園不大但跟動物的互動很近，尤其是住的觀鹿房，看着長頸鹿在窗外走來走去真是愜意，以後有機會還來住。

平日過來人少，有事管家也能馬上聯繫上，房間夠大帶娃出行可以在房間活動自如，早餐略顯簡單但也夠吃，能近距離接觸長頸鹿，早上酒店門口也有羊駝互動不錯。
