The owner is very kind, I can't speak mandarin but he is still very patient in handling me and my mom. Room is super clean, AC is very good, very near to the airport, very recommended.

I checked in but couldn’t stay even for a minute — I immediately changed hotels. The property was in terrible condition, nothing like the photos shown online. The location was unclear and misleading, the reception staff were rude, and there was no elevator at all!
The hotel refused to refund my money, but thankfully, Trip.com support was very helpful and assisted me a lot. Definitely not recommended.

Overall, I don’t recommend this place. It’s completely different from the pictures.
The receptionist asked for an extra 40 yuan for a room with AC. We knew that every room was supposed to have AC, but he claimed the room we booked didn’t have it and even pretended it was broken. We were too tired to argue and didn’t want to ruin our mood, so we paid. He also offered an airport drop-off, which we later found out was already included in the service. I suspect the 40 yuan was actually for the drop-off.
As for the room itself, it was okay, the bed was extremely firm, and the AC worked fine. However, it wasn’t the most peaceful stay, as people were screaming in the alleyway during the night.

The room wasn’t really clean as there was garbage from the previous guest in a drawer. The toilet’s smell was a bit overbearing, and the person receiving new guest was not exactly welcoming.

It's a run down old establishment. The low price says it all. I recommend you remove if from your list.
