The staff was very friendly and polite from the moment we arrived until we left. There was a great variety of breakfast options available, and the large lobby had excellent air conditioning. We enjoyed the beautiful view, and the bathtub was a nice touch. The bathroom was spacious, and the bedding was comfortable and clean.

Hi, the hotel staff are very kind and caring about the guests , The hotel's 2nd floor Chinese restaurant service is very poor and the food tastes very bad, please don't think about it I'm a foreigner I'm living in China since 2003 I knew china every provence and city, I'm traveling china and around world, I have a child 15 years old my wife is Chinese since 2008,

The hotel is situated across the old city centre, where you have to cross the Haicang highway bridge to get to the other side. Occasionally, the traffic shows the Haicang bridge is slightly jammed due to busy traffics, but it doesn't take more than 8 minutes to cross the bridge in total. We found the location pretty convenient as we drove. Free parking was available, and the facilities were great. Swimming pool and the gym were all clean and well kept. Our room was just as the same as the images shown, and as promised high rise with sea view. Sadly the weather was a little misty, could not really see clearly across the water, but the night view was great! The breakfast was excellent, a great variety of western and Chinese food available.
The package we bought came along with a little sharing platter treat, including alcohol and music performance. However, we were slightly overloaded with the delicious Xiamen cuisine, we asked the hotel to switch to a room service fruit plate instead, and they were extremely happy to do so. Also their service was extremely well, if you order delivery, they would send your items up by the robots.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Hualuxe hotel. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Xiamen.

Should have complimentary shuttle services to main xiamen city. Swimming pool can be heated. Overall, all is good.
