The executive floor on the 28th floor where I stayed was very quiet, and the aunt in the customer service department would take the initiative to greet the guests, which was a big plus. Lounge: Since I bought the executive privileges for this experience, I felt it in the lounge. Unfortunately, the afternoon tea and happy hour experience were very average. There were not many choices for afternoon tea, and the lounge staff did not feel very enthusiastic. It felt like everyone was in a state of mutual adjustment. Additional details: There is a brother wearing glasses in the concierge department who will still pay attention to customers coming in and out when communicating with other staff members, and will greet them warmly. The next morning, after breakfast on the 5th floor, I went to the front desk to confirm the check-out time. A long-haired lady took the initiative to help with the delayed check-out, and her words were professional. Most of the staff in and out of the hotel concierge will greet you warmly and proactively. Of course, there are also cases where guests pretend to look down and don't see, and the attitude and quality of the staff's service are uneven. However, the flaws do not outweigh the merits. I still like the new design style of Sheraton, and I look forward to experiencing Xiamen Jimei Sheraton again after running-in.

The gym is well set up, and you can enter by swiping your room card 24 hours a day! 4. The room is soundproofed and the view is nice. All the staff are very enthusiastic, especially Ann at the guest service center, who is very enthusiastic and patient! You can leave your room number when ordering takeout and a robot will deliver the food! There is a shopping mall nearby with many takeout options. 5. On the day of check-in, a staff member will deliver welcome fruit. 6. The underground parking lot cannot be directly connected to the room, and you have to transfer at the front desk on the fifth floor.

We upgraded to a bay view room with beautiful views, comfortable and clean rooms. The front desk cafe is large and connected to the sky garden, which is suitable for taking a break, chatting and studying. There are two major shopping malls, ioimall and Shimao, just outside the door, with convenient transportation and easy ordering of meals.

New hotel with a good environment and great service. It's just that the hotel is in Jimei District. It's a little far to go out and there are many places to eat around. The hotel is decorated in a unified way. It just lacks a smart toilet. It is recommended to update it.

The two rooms we stayed in were also very clean. The view of Xinglin Bay was pleasant. When I opened the curtains in the early morning, a ray of sunlight shone on my face, and all my tiredness disappeared at that moment. I like the lobby of the Grand Sheraton very much. It is very grand and suitable for business people. There is a shared long table design, which is very convenient and reasonable, and different from the Marriott hotels I have stayed in before. Finally, I would like to thank Sherry from the guest services center for proactively arranging my two rooms to be adjacent to each other without my request and patiently answering my questions.
