非常差，燈光昏暗，蚊蟲非常多，
一樓前台服務很差，磨磨蹭蹭的。
房間裝修特別特別老舊！衞生間衹有一個鏡子燈，淋浴間連光都沒有。毛巾舊的看上去比我年紀還大😡
地板全是破損，床單舊的，我恨不得外套穿着睡！

這次真的被噁心到了，建議趕快培訓一下部分員工，尤其是前台一名戴眼鏡、腦袋方方的、個子偏高那位員工！工作原因我之前至少住過本店二十多次，昨天開完房間隨口問了句有打火機麼？前台回了句：在隔壁便利店，笑死我了你怎麼不説在你家呢，要不是看人多才給你留着面子，有就是有沒有就是沒有，不會好好説話？有情緒你回家發去，誰得罪你了？***沒有一點職業操守。

環境一般，酒店很舊。換了好幾個房間，樓下的房間網絡沒信號，有的房間廁所沒辦法沖水，所以換了3間房。前台的服務都不錯，就是酒店的環境，設施都很舊了。

#好評#對位置，鄰近活動滿意；#負評#對房間佈局，走廊隔音，鄰近餐廳失望；床铺上的头发还在，所以说是否有更换床单不敢确定，半夜三更两个人满房间尖叫暴走打蟑螂也是绝无仅有的体验了

來住的第一晚，挺失望的，環境不好，衞生間有點臟，床睡了有點過敏，設施匹配不上價格，來廈門住得最不舒服的酒店
