As a guest who has stayed at this inn before, I must say that the service and atmosphere here made me never want to leave. The staff at the counter, the boss, and the boss lady are not only beautiful inside out but also provide services that make you feel right at home. They treat guests as if they were old friends, being warm and considerate. Whether it's information about local attractions or recommendations for delicious food, their extensive knowledge always provides tremendous assistance. Every time I come here, I feel like I've found a warm home and don't want to leave.

Facilities: The facilities are OK, but the toilet is small
Hygiene: OK, no obvious dirtiness or mess
Environment: Advantages: It is located right on Zhongshan Street, very centrally located. There is a public open-air balcony on the 5th floor, which is great for taking photos. Cons: There is a cinema on the 2nd floor, which is very noisy until 12 o'clock at night, which I think is a real flaw.

The room is at the innermost part. I have specially chosen a room with a special offer instead of a room at the end. I also paid extra for a bigger room. But when I got there, I was told that there were no other rooms available. The layout of the room is outdated. Even the shower water was so strong that it hurt. I couldn't wash at all. The bed cover was yellow. The room was trapezoidal in shape. The movie theater upstairs was very noisy. The sleep quality was not good. I will never consider Huazhu Hotel again. By the way, the facade is not as shown in the picture. It's in the alley at the back. I turned on the air conditioner to 30 degrees at night, but the heating effect was still not good. Anyway, I am very dissatisfied. I booked two days and changed hotels early the next day. Can Ctrip offer options other than the last room in the future? Otherwise, I always feel uncomfortable with the last room.
