Super 8 Hotel (Xiamen Railway Station Holiday Mall)

The location was hard to find and quite remote. I arrived in the morning, dropped off my luggage, and immediately went out. I didn't get back to the hotel until 8:08 PM that night. I was exhausted from sightseeing, so after washing up, I lay down to sleep. However, the train noise outside was so loud that I couldn't sleep at all. At first, I thought it was thunder, and I wondered why the thunder was so long. Out of curiosity, I peeked through the curtains, and lo and behold, the train was right in front of me! They then changed my room to one opposite the door (for a fee), which didn't really help; it just made the noise a little quieter. I made do for one night. (Don't say that everyone's perception is different; those who believe should avoid this, and those who don't are welcome to book. Last night, I contacted customer service and even squatted by the window to take a video and upload it. Because I was so tired and sleepy, I didn't record any additional videos. I thought I could download and save them from the customer service chat interface, but there was no button. So far, I can only take screenshots from the uploaded videos.)

1. Hygiene: My entire body itches after covering myself with the quilt. 2. Environment: Lots of mosquitoes and the noise of trains disturbed my sleep. 3. Service: The front desk was often unresponsive. I recommend pest control and follow-up on the bedding.

It's perfect for a one-night stay. However, due to the issue of Koreans staying here, the hotel double-checked my visa and passport, which was a bit unpleasant. Also, I checked in with the windows open for ventilation, but since there were no mosquito nets, mosquitoes came into the room. It's not that close to Xiamen Station, so the distance doesn't seem to be worth it. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00, but I didn't actually get to eat until around 7:30. The menu was also very poor.

It was really noisy! The windows didn't close properly! Very annoying! The train was so loud! It was hard to sleep! I really don't recommend it
