- We choose this basic hotel to stay overnight due to very late airport arrival, used Alipay with auto-translate.
- Lack of cash meant driver might not have change.
- Hotel room was very basic and found hair on side table.
- As it was near midnight, didn’t query issues immediately.
- Booked a triple room but received only 2 towels and some disposable ones.
- Charged 400 yuan for using disposables at checkout, which wasn’t informed earlier.
- Male receptionist was rude and insisted on deducting the charge from the 1000 yuan deposit.
- TV and WiFi didn't work…
Overall a very unpleasant experience.

I was quite satisfied with the hotel experience this time. At least I slept comfortably without being disturbed and it was quite quiet. The four-piece bedding set was also quite comfortable for sleeping! The hotel decoration is still more refined and elegant in theme style, with warm lighting. The front desk checked in quickly, the service staff was warm and considerate, and took the initiative to help me with my luggage. The room was cleaned very well and there was no odor in the bathroom. I recommend this hotel to everyone. It is very cost-effective. I will stay here again in a few days!
