Hotel is old and first time staying at a Kempinski. Like a normal 4 star dated hotel. Service also just very average 4 star global standards only. This branch is definitely not worth the value. Location is in the middle of nowhere. Average room amenitie and average brand used.

Customer service was very helpful especially when I needed help getting things delivered to my room. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The morning breakfast was also a highlight, they had a nice variety of food both Asian and western selections.
