我對這家民宿的整體感覺非常滿意。從預訂到離開，每個細節都處理得井井有條。特別是老闆，態度熱情又專業，讓我們感到賓至如歸。超級貼心，提前問我們大概到達時間，提前幫我們把空調打開，一進房間，涼爽至極。下次我還會選擇這家民宿。

1、和朋友一起出行的，鼓浪嶼島上以民宿為主，也是一大特色，樂雲閣服務到位，首先前台會和你確認上島時間，及時發送位置地圖引導，如果到了島上覺得沒有方向感，可以隨時諮詢前台，會具體指引我們怎麼走，非常貼心基本是有問必答。 2、房間乾淨整潔，關鍵離景點非常近，去日光巖不到五分鐘就到。

老闆人很不錯👍👍，提前打電話問買到票沒？加微信，發位置和線路、攻略，走的時候還幫我拿了一段路的行李送我一截（由於要去看日光巖，不方便拿行李，又趕時間，他就幫我拿下來，還送了一程）。吐槽的一點，晚上週圍很黑，好可怕，7點多天黑了，從轉角那邊上來，導航的路跟黑，人煙稀少、燈光昏暗、很多房子無人居住，我和娃兒兩個人嚇得半死，最後找不到路還是老闆來接我們的，哎，太恐怖了！

環境清幽，非常安靜，不在嘈雜的商業街但離主要景點日光巖等都很近，設施輕簡，床鋪好睡。
