Loved this family room. It comes in 3 split levels and it is beautifully designed. The beds are comfortable. Need to be careful of the head room on the loft level. The 2nd shower had a leak but the staff were very apologetic about it and proactive in getting it sorted out. Even though the problem could not be completely rectified during our stay, some temporary measures were put in place which was good enough and showed the staff's attentiveness. One of the table lamps also did not work,however this did not affect our enjoyment of the hotel. The place is really beautiful, quiet and we could have a very relaxing time. Would love to come back. Thank you. Oh we even had beach toys supplied by the hotel for our beach trip. Very good

I came with my parents this time and was very happy. They liked it very much. I made the right choice. The room had plenty of hot water. The dry and wet areas were separated. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The service was really good. Very considerate and attentive. All my requirements were met. The big windows had a lot of sunshine.
