1.房間內衞生確實不咋樣，上面看到好幾處蜘蛛網
2.房間內也沒有冰箱，帶的東西有些需要冷藏，也不行。問了前台，説是所有房間都沒有冰箱。可是其他全季，我住的都有冰箱啊。
3.還有就是，最奇葩的，房間內的浴霸放熱水，水壓小的誇張，正常沖個澡三五分鐘就可以結束了。這裏沖了10來分鐘，感覺都沒沖乾淨。
4.還有就是，酒店的停車場位置太少了，我因為是帶家人小孩一起出來玩的，開車自駕的，當天我們是四點多到的酒店，晚上六七點準備開車出去，看了酒店門口都沒車位了，問了前台，沒車位就停到對面停車場或者小區裏，酒店給報銷20塊錢停車費。挺不方便的，我覺得
綜合來説，這次酒店入住體驗，是很不舒服的

先説結論:
這是我住過最差的全季！
不知從何時起，出差或家庭旅遊，有全季我都會選擇全季，但是這次全季入住4天絕對是最差的一次體驗！！！
1.剛入住就發現房間，床單沒換，衞生間地上竟然還有用過的紙！洗手枱上有十幾根頭髮！這個不説了，打掃阿姨人很好，很負責。
2.服務極差！第二天下午2點回到酒店發現房間竟然還沒打掃，然後我午睡剛剛睡着有人敲門打掃房間！！
3.前台服務差！第三天出門我特意和前台打招呼請上午打掃房間，結果下午回到酒店發現房間竟然又是沒打掃，真的無語。前台幾個小年輕，很不靠譜！如果不加強這方面管理，這個品牌真的要被敗光口碑！
4.設施打2分真的不是我生氣，而是事實！電視機總是壞！4天壞了兩次！！

【觸目驚心！入住即踩雷！滿地尿液+蟑螂橫行+酒店擺爛拒賠償，這趟旅程徹底毀了！】
從來沒想過一次普通的旅行會被一家酒店糟蹋成這樣！本抱着對平台的信任下單，結果入住體驗堪稱“災難現場”——從衞生問題到酒店態度，每一環都讓人憤怒到極點！
一、房間臟到令人作嘔，根本是“二手房”！
推開門的瞬間差點沒忍住反胃：馬桶裏殘留着未沖的尿液，刺鼻氣味直沖腦門；地上散落着零食包裝、用過的紙巾，甚至還有不明污漬；床單褶皺裏隱約可見碎髮，根本不像新換的床品。這根本不是“打掃不仔細”，簡直是直接把上一位住客的“遺留現場”打包塞給了我們！作為成年人，看到尿漬都沒勇氣拍照，太噁心了！
二、蟑螂大軍“安家落户”，衞生隱患爆表！
更絕望的是，收拾行李時竟在沙發縫裡發現一衹巴掌大的蟑螂（不是小蟲子！是真的“巨型”！），嚇得我尖叫着踹開房間門。這哪是酒店？簡直是“蟑螂培養基地”！試問連蟲患都控制不住的酒店，衞生管理得差成什麼樣？我們連住一晚的勇氣都沒了，直接拎包跑路換酒店。
三、酒店態度擺爛，甩鍋到底拒絕擔責！
發現問題後立刻聯繫前台，本以為能得到基本道歉或補償，結果對方全程冷臉，第一反應不是解決問題，而是質問“你怎麼證明是你入住前就這麼臟？”（excuse me？！馬桶尿漬和滿地垃圾難道是我帶的？）。當我們提出“按平台規則賠償”時，對方直接擺爛：“那你隨便報警投訴，反正我們不怕”，甚至還嘲諷“愛住不住”，這態度簡直是把消費者當**耍！
總結：
從衞生問題到服務態度，這家酒店全方位刷新了我對“差勁”的認知。尿漬、垃圾、蟑螂可以忍，但推諉扯皮+惡意挑釁的態度真的忍不了——這不是服務失誤，是明目張膽地欺負人！
建議其他客人：
珍愛生命，遠離此店！如果已經入住，務必全程錄像留證，直接找平台介入投訴，別指望酒店會主動負責。
差評不是目的，是想讓更多人避雷！ 如此惡劣的體驗，必須讓更多潛在住客看到真相，避免踩坑！
