住雙子塔的高空海景房本就很治癒，Isabella的服務更是錦上添花～不僅提前幫我們搞定了能看日落的房型，連本地沙茶麪哪家正宗、鼓浪嶼輪渡怎麼訂票都講得明明白白。有次深夜想借個充電器，她幾分鐘就送到房間，全程笑容超親切。服務周到不越界，這才是五星酒店該有的水準！來廈門住康萊德，認準康萊德準沒錯～

酒店雖然時間久設施等維護還是不錯的，服務沒得説zephyra提前一天就給打了電話詢問了對房間的需求等，中途有各種問題半夜發訊息都幫忙解決，包括入住後詢問入住體驗感等都非常到位，唯一不足的是酒店剛進去由於在海邊有一點潮味兒，房間門隔音不是很好，外面有孩子説話比較吵鬧。早餐豐富，每天也有一些不一樣非常贊，風景也非常棒總體體驗感還是不錯的。

超出預期，共住了兩晚，滿意度非常高！Teresa非常貼心，遇到的問題都完美解答。房間安排也特別好。酒店雖然不是很新，但是地理位置絕佳，房間面積也很大。推薦給來廈門遊玩的朋友，旁邊就是廈大和南普陀還有網紅沙坡尾。

直接種草的酒店，服務好，景色好，每個工作人員都很熱情負責，特別是nancy一早就添加了微信，安排的好的房間，正對鼓浪嶼，還是一個可以邊泡澡邊看鼓浪嶼的房間。因為是來看演唱會的，早早就安排了接駁車，一到廈門就直接可以入住了，當進入房間，窗簾自動拉開的那一刻，什麼疲憊都沒了，還送了小熊娃娃，演唱會來回接送，回來推開門又已經準備好甜湯了，總之下次來廈門就認準康萊德了，離廈大南普陀，沙尾坡都近。。
