We are group travel togeter for biz trip. And this is my 2nd time to stay this hotel Bt this time experience not so good as 1st time. GSA just do a quick check in without any explanation . No any welcome drink n GSA face look like unhappy to help us check in. compare to my friends their women GSA very patient n helpful smmore they have welcome drink to serve them.

It was the best hotel in Xiamen, beautiful deco and elegant architecture, fabulous wellness centre. Staffs are very nice and helpful, top notch hospitality service from the team. Room is incredibly stunning, beautiful wooden floor matching with the blue couch, super comfortable beds, elegant marble bathroom with premium amenities. My favorite will be the Peacock Alley Lounge, wonderful ambient and design, hightea is heavenly taste. Breakfast is great and quality with lots of options. I would definitely come back to WAXM.

The location is good and easy to find. The service was generally good, pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfasts but did not dine in the hotel as we explored the foods in Xiamen.
The hotel staff have been very friendly and helpful.
