The place was okay, and everything was quite basic. This is totally fine, but I think the price is too high for the quality of the room. This was quite small, and a bit noisy from the street. (The wifi requires access to a phone number which can receive texts in China, so bear this in mind if you're going to be using a data-only eSIM like me...)

The lighting in the room is very good, there are no buildings outside to block it, and there is sunshine during the day. The location is good. It's in the old city, not far from Douxi Road, Zhongshan Road, and Haiwan Park. There are many places to eat. Close to BRT, there are many buses, and travel is convenient. However, the hotel is indeed a bit old, with broken switches and wash basins; there is no elevator, and the sound insulation is a bit poor; the hair in the bathroom floor drain was not cleaned when I checked in; the door is a bit small, and I almost didn't find it, but the value for money is here.

The hotel is very hygienic and convenient for travel. The BRT bus stations are all nearby. The front desk staff are very friendly and will help with luggage. They can also store luggage at the front desk. It's a great experience!
