When I asked, the staff gave different stories and even called me again after I fell asleep to urge me to check out. This experience made me very angry at the time and left a negative review. Before deciding to give the hotel a second chance, I contacted the hotel's customer service by phone and detailed my first experience. The customer service staff listened to my complaint very patiently and assured me that it would be handled appropriately. This time I felt the hotel's attention when I made the reservation. They proactively asked about my special needs and arranged a quieter room for me. When I came to the hotel front desk to check in again, the staff immediately recognized me and once again sincerely apologized for the bad experience I had during my first stay. The entire check-in process was very smooth. The staff introduced me to the hotel's facilities and services in detail, and also gave me a welcome snack as compensation for my first unpleasant experience. Very surprised and pleasantly surprised. After entering the room, I found that the room was very warmly decorated. The bed was clean and comfortable, there was no smell in the room, and all facilities were in good working order. Different from the rushed feeling when I checked in for the first time, this time I could feel that the hotel put a lot of thought into preparing the room. The bathroom is equipped with a full range of toiletries, and they are all of high quality. The hot water supply is stable and the water pressure is suitable. During my stay, the hotel's service staff showed extremely high professionalism and enthusiasm. Whether I needed extra towels or asked about nearby tourist attractions, they responded quickly and provided accurate and helpful information. The housekeeping staff cleans the room and replaces supplies on time every day, and the cleaning is very meticulous every time, making me feel as comfortable as returning home. When checking out, the front desk staff checked me in equally efficiently and asked me how I felt about my stay. When I expressed my satisfaction, they seemed very happy and hoped that I would choose their hotel again next time. The entire check-out process took less than a minute and there were no issues. To sum up, this stay experience completely changed my view on this hotel. The hotel's ability to learn from negative customer feedback and proactively improve service quality is commendable.
