入住時前台幫忙升級了更大的海景房，帶着孩子來廈門玩，這家酒店位置非常棒，推開窗台就是大海，還剛好遇到晴天，運氣非常好，包括辦入住時前台的經理婷梅，主動添加客服微信，因為帶着孩子，經常需要送外賣、拖鞋、牙刷之類的，婷梅經理都能快速響應，服務非常棒，下次來玩繼續入住

海景房升級了更寬的床，房間非常寬敞，景色怡人，躺在床上就能看日出。酒店服務也很好，尤其感謝貴賓服務主任楊婷梅幫忙安排孩子參加活動。客房服務員也很熱情周到。早餐豐富，味道不錯。是一次非常愉快的旅行體驗，有機會還會入住。

來到廈門比賽,入住波特曼七星灣酒店,決定訂了瑞海房間,進入酒店範圍真的很大,到了瑞海入住房間, 十分寬敞老大浴缸,雙床每床1.5米,開着大海全海景門就像陽台一樣,室內游泳池50米c室外泳池剛好暫停,健身房也超大,也有室外的大型攀石牆,打卡位置很多,小朋友也可坐上電動小火車遊玩,早餐需要到瑞海的餐廳享用,有電瓶車接過去,走路不用1分鐘可到,點了外賣也有機械人送到房間,
最重要這次入住也謝謝前台的服務主任婷梅,加上微信隨時有需要他會馬上回應,非常盡責,下次來廈門一定會再次預訂波特曼酒店,也可先和主任預訂需求,他的安排讓我非常放心

酒店很大，好多小童設施卡丁車，攀巖，水上樂園等等，重點酒店能步行到沙灘，很乾凈，人不多，有還摩託艇，帆船等等海上遊玩項目（自費）。綠化園林環境很好，酒店小鎮很有特色，裝修也很氣派，客服小羅入住前一天就聯繫上，跟進到離開酒店非常貼心。

一顆星給早餐很豐盛。剩下全是槽點。10/6入住兩晚海景雙床房，價格3300。這個價格住廈門島外酒店絕不便宜。但是瑞海真的對不起這個價格。首先打車到酒店帶着長者小孩很多行李，禮賓部沒有一個人來開車門拿行李的。大堂非常小，辦理入住就兩個櫃枱，一個工作人員為了寶寶的身份證跟我搞很久。然後來了個像是小領導的，這兩人反覆囑咐我當天晚上九點零八分有無人機表演和煙花表演，酒店門口就能看。當晚上九點去曦海大堂露台等着，啥都沒有。第二天在海星七號吃飯工作人員跟我們説是八點零八分。。。
再説海景房，沒有陽台，就兩扇窗，中間一面大牆，海景受阻。之前住過萬豪全海景房陽台正對海視野很好。而且我們住的2303是連通房隔音巨差無比！！！第二晚凌晨12點多隔壁還在打電話讓送外賣來。所有話都聽的很清楚，隔壁是2305，大家注意避雷這兩間連通房。
接着再説淘氣堡，真心小，天熱中午擠滿了大人小孩。還有瑞海的高地泳池，泳池和小童洗水池不錯。但是更衣室真的太小了，設計也不合理，梳粧台椅子打滑，我們小孩子摔下來。還看到比我們大幾歲的一個女孩子也摔了。
我的酒店套餐裏還送了曦海大堂吧的下午茶。曦海的大堂吧烏泱泱都是人，人聲鼎沸，小孩亂跑。沙發巨臟，茶几也都是各種殘留食物殘渣。點好下午茶先來了個女服務員意思意思擦了下，仍舊都是食物碎屑殘渣。後來又叫來一個領班樣子的給我們用餐巾紙擦了擦。但是我需要的是用濕抹布和清潔劑擦好嗎？發現衹有我們是在喝下午茶的，周圍都是等check in和自帶食物吃飯的。酒店能不能分割一下？
真的是槽點太多太多了。從來沒有對自己選的酒店那麼不滿意過。

服務很差，除了保潔，其他人的臉拉的真長，住個酒店好像住他們家了，入住17：00才成功，而且訂了三間房5個身份證不給開房，真少見，交通不方便，設施舊，不像22年的酒店，像12年的酒店
