Hotels in Wuyuan Bay Area, Xiamen

The room is small, the facilities are old, the service is slow, and the exterior is messy... As a ”fan” of Bai Xiang, this is the worst fake Bai Xiang I've ever stayed in 😅😅😅😅!! There is no indoor swimming pool, and the outdoor swimming pool will not open until the afternoon. I had to call three or four times in a row to order a bath towel. The breakfast has few categories and the style is average. The shacha noodles are served with vegetables 😡😡😡😡!! It subverted my perception of Bai Xiang.

The service staff are very considerate. From the check-in counter to the airport drop-off staff, Mr. Zhou pays close attention to the needs of the guests. The hotel is very close to the airport, about 10 minutes away. It is located in a startup park. It happened to be a holiday when I checked in, so the surrounding area was not too busy. If I wanted to buy some small things, I had to walk for a while, and I still needed to take a taxi for takeout. The mattress is good, the bedding is soft and thick, and the amenities are quite complete. For me who is used to sleeping on a soft bed, it is very comfortable. The hair dryer is light and easy to hold, the air outlet is very clean, and the sound insulation is very good. For breakfast, it has everything you need considering the local taste, including bread and salad, etc. It is average. Overall, you can see the dedication in business operations.

Excellent service from the moment we stepped in to the second we left for the airport. Been to several W, W Xiamen certainly did not disappoint. Will definitely be back.

I stayed at Somerset Serviced Apartments in Shenyang and was pleasantly surprised, but this one in Xiamen has some shortcomings: poor TV reception. The room is not clean enough, and many door panels are dirty even after I wiped them again. Other than that, there are no major problems, and it is cost-effective. Opposite is Powerlong First City, which is convenient for shopping, dining and public transportation. It is very easy to call a taxi at the door of the hotel

A huge shout-out to Richard from the concierge team! When I was checking in, I was struggling with my super-sized luggage. Richard immediately came over with a smile and offered to help, saying, 'Let me take that for you, it looks like a heavy one!' When he learned I was in town for an exhibition, he thoughtfully prepared a local transport map for me, even highlighting shortcuts to the exhibition hall entrance. Mid-stay, when I needed to borrow an umbrella, he handed me one along with a small note detailing the weather forecast. During check-out, he realized I had forgotten my charger. He quickly ran over with a spare, remarking, 'Wouldn't want you to be without your phone!' He always had 'Don't worry, I've got this' on his lips, and every detail showed his immense thoughtfulness. His professional and enthusiastic service made my trip incredibly warm and pleasant. I can't recommend Richard's fantastic service enough!

We had a wonderful stay at the Langham Xiamen. Our rooms were very clean and well equipped, staff were warm and hospitable, and we especially loved the extensive choice of pillows! Pearl Cheng from the reception left quite an impression with how warm, friendly and helpful she was. Very grateful for all the help she extended and her attentiveness to all our questions about the city.

During our week-long trip to Xiamen, we chose to go sailing in Wuyuan Bay and stayed at the Wyndham. A special thanks to our butler, Annie, for her warm hospitality. She was incredibly helpful, providing her WeChat so we could ask questions and get assistance anytime. Seeing that we were two adults and two children, the hotel proactively upgraded our room. The room was beautiful and boasted a stunning sea view. The kids were absolutely thrilled the moment they stepped inside! We had a very comfortable night's sleep, as the bedding was wonderfully cozy. It was a shame the weather was overcast; otherwise, we could have watched the sunrise right from our bed.

Hotel with typical amenities according the Hampton/ Hilton brand: spotless clean and well organized. Location near Wanda Plaza, not too far from old airport and near to Wuyuan park, convenient for business and a leisure stroll after work in nearby Wuyuan wetland park. My best experience: I forgot a garment in room, I didn’t notice during the busy day -housekeeping called me after I checked out and I could pick it up after our business meeting - really didn’t expect such nice service - highly appreciated - thank you so much !!!

The room environment is very good. The room was tight during the Qingming Festival. I was mentally prepared for the price of 200. I didn't expect that the front desk lady would greet me warmly when I came in. The security uncle even opened the elevator door for me. Every little detail was very warm. It was very cost-effective. The surroundings were also very quiet. Yes, it was very comfortable. Occasionally at 5 or 6 in the afternoon, there were sounds of children playing outside. It felt very lively. It was the best choice for travel.
