睡在森林，就是這次的體驗。
山頂木屋，森林包圍，棧道相連，周邊像花園一樣。
環境、設施、服務都沒得説。
清早，日出雲海盡收眼底；晚間，榻上喝茶聽風。
花紅似森林，讓你真正擁抱自然，融入自然。
如果非要説不足，那就是旅遊淡季，餐廳菜品不是很充足，不過味道還是不錯的。

五一節臨時定的酒店，結果非常驚喜。首先説下地理位置，整座酒店坐擁一座山，房間幾乎都是獨棟別墅，而且棟與棟之間間隔比較遠，互不打擾。我們定的星空房，有一個閣樓，兩個大床，一家人住非常實惠，閣樓也是小朋友的最愛，還有一個大陽台，五一節價格才六百多，一進門就有地暖，整個房間有股松木味。洗浴用品也很香，有種淡淡的檀香味，回家我還在網上搜了同款買來用。一進房間我家倆小孩就喜歡得不得了，問滿分一百分打多少分，小朋友回答打108分，説是豪華第一名。再説下飲食，酒店的餐廳在山腳的位置，户外就餐區非常美，可以直接看到雲海山景，絕了，我們早餐選的雜醬米粉和牛肉米粉，有點吃不慣當地的米粉，但是哨子的味道還是很棒的，配上當地的水煮小土豆，美滋滋。還有就是服務，能感覺到酒店的工作人員（前台小姐姐、保安叔叔）對小孩非常友好，讓我們很感動，退房的時候應該是碰到老闆娘了，非常有氣質非常美的一位女士，老闆娘也很熱情，她給我們説暑假是旺季，歡迎我們再來，還送我們上車，總之太太太滿意啦！期待下雪的時候再來。

特別誇誇前台小姐姐，服務態度好。還有風景特別不錯。特別點評房間的床，一翻身就很響很響，整晚沒怎麼睡好，連累寶寶跟着破天荒很早就醒了，像熬了個夜。還有房間裏面有點“新味兒”，些許悶。

一次還算不錯的體驗，原始部落房型不錯，視野好，景色不錯，入住也很舒適。
豪華帳篷房體驗感極差，樹木遮擋視野不佳，房間投影壞了，幕布放不下來，床一翻身就咯吱響，完全沒法入眠。
最令人失望的是，入住前打電話諮詢老闆，口口聲聲保證酒店附近沒有施工，温泉已經修好，來了之後發現施工噪音擾民，前台還推脱責任，説不是她承諾的。我打酒店電話問的，難道我還要掰扯是誰承諾的嗎？不應該是你們酒店承諾的嗎？難道隨便一個人還能接攜程的酒店諮詢電話呢？隨便一個人能代表你們酒店呢？
自然環境和服務意識難以匹配，恩施旅行很多次都遇到服務質量完全跟不上節奏的情況，已經麻了。

如果下次還有機會來 肯定還要來打次卡 相當的不錯 森林公園沒有花時間好好的逛逛 酒店在山頂非常棒 視野很好 就是道路在修 過段時間來應該體驗感會更好
