We made a booking in this hotel and when we arrived there, our booking was cancelled for the woman in the reception. She told us that the system for registering foreigners was not working and that they couldn't host us. As in the trip.com webpage, it says that foreigners were allowed, we contacted customer service, and they helped us a lot, so in the end, we could stay there and "magically" the system for registering was working... we are really happy with the help of trip.com but not for the welcoming from the hotel.
About the rooms, we think that they don't deserve the price that the hotel wants to charge. The toilet was not so clean, the dooknob from inside was broken, and the room was not amazing. We will put some pictures about a double room with 2 beds because it was the room that we had.

Great location but my room not really clean and staff not professional. Check in time took nearly one hour.

We arrived early and the rooms had not been cleaned yet - the room we should have stayed in was a smoking room.
However as they were still cleaning the rooms we could easily check them out and upgrade to a bigger room that smelled well. So we had a pleasant stay

I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The service attitude is very good. The sheets and duvet covers are flawless and very clean. It is a great sleeping experience. It is very quiet and has no odor. There are many beautiful scenery and delicious food around. The experience is very good and worth staying.
