一般住酒店不太喜歡評價的，酒店環境非常不錯，房間佈局合理空間很足，很適合親子家庭出行居住，下雨天孩子不出酒店都能開心的玩一整天，酒店的工作人員服務態度很好，個個服務熱情周到，下次一定再來

完全不可接受的停電事件及其災難性的後續處理感到極度憤怒和失望！這絕對是我住過的最糟糕的酒店體驗，沒有之一！
1. 毫無預警的徹底黑暗整個酒店區域毫無預警地陷入完全黑暗，停電範圍覆蓋所有客房、走廊、電梯、公共區域及應急通道！想象一下，身處陌生環境，突然伸手不見五指，那種恐慌感難以形容！
2. **應急措施完全缺失 - 管理失職！
*應急照明失效：*最令人震驚的是，走廊和樓梯間所謂的“應急照明”要麼完全沒亮，要麼衹微弱閃爍幾下就熄滅**！這嚴重違反安全規定，置住客生命安全於不顧！
停電後沒有任何工作人員主動通過任何方式（廣播、敲門、電話）向住客**説明情況、安撫情緒或提供指引**！我們像被遺棄在黑暗孤島！
* **安全通道不明：** 在完全黑暗和沒有指引的情況下，尋找安全樓梯困難重重，極易發生踩踏或摔傷事故。酒店對住客安全**漠不關心**！
* **基礎物資匱乏：** 沒有提供任何應急照明工具（如手電筒、蠟燭），甚至連瓶裝水都沒有主動發放。我們衹能**摸黑、乾渴、恐慌地等待**。
3. **漫長等待與溝通不暢：期間試圖聯繫前台，電話要麼佔線，要麼接通後工作人員語焉不詳，態度敷衍，衹一味説“在修了”，沒有任何實質性解決方案或補償承諾。
4. **核心設施癱瘓，體驗歸零：**
* **空調停擺：** 夏夜悶熱難當，房間迅速變成蒸籠，根本無法入睡。
* **網絡中斷：** 手機信號在房間內也很差，無法與外界聯繫或查詢訊息，加劇了無助感。
5. **事後處理敷衍，毫無歉意：** 第二天退房時，前台對事件**輕描淡寫**，彷彿衹是小事一樁。對於造成的巨大困擾、安全風險和一整夜的痛苦，**沒有任何真誠的道歉**，更**沒有任何主動提出的合理補償方案**（如房費減免、未來入住折扣、甚至是一頓像樣的早餐）。管理層對此事的冷漠態度令人心寒。

第一個新裝修的房間味道超重，呆了兩個小時就喉嚨疼。直接換了一個房間，空調不給力，半夜熱醒，連夜再換一個房間。房間裏面電話還沒開通很不方便。體驗感一般
