The hotel provided good service and helped us upgrade our room type. The room was also very clean. We were surprised that Kus, the front desk clerk, spoke fluent Chinese. He helped us get our luggage to the room and had a very pleasant chat with the two elders on the way! I will stay at Radisson again next time I have the chance.

It was my first time to come to Xiangshan and I chose the Radisson Hotel. I booked a room with a full sea view. The room was large and the environment was great. The service provided by Mr. Chen Zhiheng at the front desk was very good. Thank you very much. I read reviews before and said that the sea in Xiangshan is not very blue. The weather was cloudy this time, so I took my kids to experience the speedboat and electric amphibious vehicle.

I came to Xiangshan before May Day to avoid the peak season and chose this hotel. It was newly renovated and overall good, but the room was a bit small and could only fit a stool...
