Recently, I stayed at Xiangshan Sheraton Hotel, which made me feel more comfortable and caring than expected. As soon as I entered the lobby, the enthusiastic front desk staff came to greet me. Keely even asked me what time I would check in in advance. Since I was bringing a baby, I also prepared a crib in advance. The crib was really good and could be flush with the big bed to take care of the baby. When checking in, Keely was patient and meticulous, and also introduced the surrounding attractions and food attentively. The room is simple and elegant, and the charming sea view outside the window makes people relax instantly. The service of the hotel is even more memorable. Whether it is the delicious breakfast in the restaurant or the meticulous cleaning of the guest room, it reflects the high standard of quality. The staff always smiles, making people feel the warmth of home. This stay made me very satisfied with the Sheraton. Next time I come to Xiangshan, I will choose here again!

The hotel is close to the beach, beautiful sea view, the sunrise is breathtaking and the sea breeze is a cherry on top. The staff is very welcoming, sweet, patient and very helpful. Vic Guo was always available and hands on whenever we needed help, he speaks English which made everything easier. The rooms are beautiful and spacious 😍 and truly have the best views that will make you find it very hard to take your eyes off. I felt very comfortable in the room, the couch and bed are soft and comfortable, I must also mention the spacious walk in closet, if you are an over packer like me, you are definitely covered 😂. I felt home away from home, and that’s the kind of comfortability I needed and got 😉. Breakfast was delicious, there are so many options to choose from in the western restaurant. We also had lunch and dinner, which was as delicious. I absolutely recommend this hotel, my experience with Crowne Plaza is always top tier in every city 👌🥂

The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea. Standing in the yard, you can watch the tides. The hotel service is very enthusiastic. We were originally scheduled to arrive in the afternoon, but we were delayed and arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. The housekeeper was waiting for us at the hotel and helped us check in and move our luggage. The room is quite large and clean. Any questions can be answered in the housekeeper group. It is a great experience. I will stay here again next time.

This is the second time I stayed here. I stayed there once last year. The room is big and clean! It is very quiet to sleep at night. I recommend everyone to stay here. I will stay in this hotel if I travel to Xiangshan in the future

Atour is really getting better and better. The location is very good. There are Starbucks and food stalls downstairs. The rooms are clean and spacious. The service is also good. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not good. The neighbors are using water in the bathroom, which makes a lot of noise. You can also hear the neighbors talking. I guess it was a flaw when the building was built.
