The hotel is located above Wanda, with a great location and convenient shopping. The only drawback is that the bath towels are relatively old and the room has a bit of odor. But the price is quite reasonable in the city center. I checked in too late, and the front desk took the initiative to tell me that I could check out later than 6pm. Good breakfast

The room is spacious and has an air purifier. It is convenient to have breakfast. The transportation nearby is convenient. The beautiful lady at the front desk has a good service attitude. I will stay at his house again when I go to Xiangtan next time.

辦理入住手續時，前台工作人員效率極高，態度親切又專業，很快就幫我安排好了房間。進入客房，房間佈置得温馨又舒適，乾淨整潔程度超乎想象。床上用品柔軟親膚，讓人能一夜好眠。😊😊😊
酒店的客房服務也相當出色。每天都會定時打掃房間，保持房間的整潔。中途換房間還主動幫忙拿行李。
酒店的早餐服務同樣可圈可點，食物琳琅滿目。熱菜、涼菜、主食、飲品一應俱全，口感地道，讓我每天都能元氣滿滿地開啟新一天的旅程。建議可以增加引導入位的服務，避免進去之後客人找不到適合的座位。

環境和位置:酒店在萬達，很好找
衞生:我住的雙人房，一家人剛好。很乾凈，房間沒什麼異味，床品也還好。
服務:酒店人員都很有禮貌，每次出入碰到，都會友好打招呼、問好，讓剛進去的住客感覺很親切。送了水果，主動詢問是否需要幫助。我們定了葯、外賣，每次都是幫忙送上樓，很貼心。
退房時前台問住的感受，我也如實的反饋了，空調太熱了，可能因個人而不一樣，
離開時送了小禮品，並且打了折。在這些行為下更加看到了酒店真心想對整體服務提升的一個態度，一些行動。這點必須點贊!
下次帶女兒來時，還會是首選。
希望下次能感受到更好的態度及服務!
