The hotel is in a good location, being near to both Yuhu park and Baishi park. There are many restaurants and shops around.
The suite itself was shabbier than the pictures, with numerous cigarette burns in the carpet. The amenities listed for children on this site were not present, which was disappointing. But the linens were very clean and the beds & temperature of the rooms were comfortable.
The big negative is that despite listing the hotel on an international booking site, the staff clearly had no idea about my prepaid booking and tried to make my family leave for a different hotel. This was very distressing after a morning of travel. They eventually sorted out the problem, but it certainly was a poor first impression.

房間酒店位於湘潭河西市中心城市盒子，交通方便，下樓就是吃喝玩樂一步到位。房間裝修有一些小意趣，得到本人審美專業十級選手的認可，尤其是燈光，很妙。有加一層額外的隔間窗簾，不透光並且安靜，適合培養深度睡眠。房內用品特別周全小到牙線都有，像在家裡一樣。在這住了一週衞生阿姨打掃很到位。性價比優秀，適合長住。

酒店位置就在城市盒子裏麪，而且是指定位置免費停車。前台小姐姐服務態度特別好，非常有耐心解答問題。客房衞生打掃的非常乾淨，房間整體環境相當舒適，性價比高。客房還有清洗衣服，湖南天氣降水量多，不出去的時候也可以在健身房進行健身活動。

來當地辦事從地圖搜尋離這邊比較近 ，沒想到住的最費勁一次。
設施：基本0隔音 ，隔壁情侶半夜吵架男的哭了，戴耳塞都聽得到。走廊也基本是不隔音 。
就衞生間有一個垃圾桶。扔什麼都要跑一趟。
房間內就一個一幅畫。
燈光控制每一個都要下地按一遍沒有總控。
空調暖風沒開晚上有點冷
服務：前台態度很好但是從管理層開始沒有解決問題的能力。我還沒説鬧客訴一遍遍絮叨找我什麼退20/40差價讓我還房間 。誰樂意一杯咖啡錢陪着折騰 ？ 告訴不換房了，也不收拾衞生。凡事都得多説幾次真的累心~
唯一也就床還算舒服。還是住連鎖品牌放心可以附近沒有。望商家提升，自省~
