Amazing location, room and everything! Minutes away walking from ancient town, super nice people and beautiful hotel. Only cons were that scheduling a taxi to the train wasn’t too possible with the desk service so we had to go to look for one in the street, and gym was very cold and not much in it. But nothing major, we would stay there again for sure if we came back.

This B&B is one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in. To be honest, it broke my perception of B&Bs. It is decorated very, very well, the environment is impeccable, and the location is very good. It is only a few minutes' walk to the river, and you can take a taxi, eat, go to the cinema, fruit shop, supermarket, barbecue, and everything else is nearby. These are secondary. The most important thing is that the boss's service is super nice, and it feels like a friend you haven't seen for a long time. Although it is on the side of the road, the sound insulation is super good. When you go to some attractions, you can find the boss to book and get great discounts. I highly recommend it.

Good comfortable hotel in Fenghuang. It was in a great location because it was just far enough away from the river to not hear the loud noises at night from the nightclubs, but close enough that we could step outside and immediately be in the old city. The beds were comfortable and the staff were happy to provide extra pillows and bottles of water upon request. A very nice stay.

The experience was not good! First, the superior king-size bed room I booked was equipped with a bathtub as written in the special king-size bed room. It was very inconvenient to take a shower, and it was not a private bathroom. Second, such a large hotel does not have disposable slippers! Only sandals! I went to the convenience store downstairs to find a big brother to buy disposable slippers, but I couldn't buy them, so I could only take out two pairs. Third, there was no charging port on the bedside table! I felt that the configuration of this hotel was very old, and it should be very old. Fourth, the central air conditioning was so hot! I sweated a lot all night! Next time I come to Phoenix, I will not choose this hotel...
