酒店房間特別適合一家人出遊來住，孩子特別開心。前天工作人員漂亮而且特別熱情，並且工作特別人性。早餐豐富，量也很大。酒店旁邊就是人民廣場，離景區也不遠，吃喝玩樂都特別方便，襄陽牛肉麪的上榜地就在酒店隔壁，特別方便。

家人一起來襄陽玩，在網上反覆對比攻略最後定下這間酒店，到店後比較驚喜，見有小孩子還主動送了小孩拖鞋和牙刷，酒店整個區域有種淡淡的香味，裝修也比較有品位，周邊開車十分鐘就到古城牆了，離唐城也很近，出門右拐的十字路口有個小吃街，不過這邊的牛雜麪是真多，想吃個包子都找半天，喜歡喝粥的建議買酒店早餐，其他還好推薦入住。

首先地理位置不錯，距離天元四季城很久，離人民廣場也不遠，走到一橋頭也不是很遠，那裡有很多有名的牛肉麪館可選擇。
但這個位置就不能要求房間有啥景觀了。窗户很小，沒有陽台，看着像是老舊居民樓或是廠房改造的。設施稍顯陳舊，有些細節看着比較破，但整體還算可以。
明顯的優點是水壓很給力，熱水也很足，洗個熱水澡很舒服。
缺點也比較明顯，房間的隔音效果不好，樓道或是其他房間看電視的時間在夜間都比較明顯。
訂的是個套間，所謂loft，實際是樓上樓下兩間房，各有各的房門和房卡。而之外還有一個房門，這個房門用房卡是打不開的。也就是説入住之後在房間裏可以把大門關上，裏面可以相當於一個loft，但出門之後要把上下兩個房門都鎖上，外面這個房門打開，否則回來會進不去房間。（吐槽一下前台，我們一家四口，兩個大人兩個孩子，因為行程的問題，我和倆孩子先到了酒店，因為衹有我一個成年的身份證，前台衹給開一間房，也就是我訂的套間裏面的一間，要麼樓上要麼樓下，實在不明白她們的思維邏輯，説是入住成人的身份證必須都得登記，我也沒有説不給登記啊，等另一個來了自然會過來登記啊，為何要卡着一個房卡？那如果另一個人行程有變來不了了，難得我一個大老爺們帶着倆女兒要擠在一間房裡麪？那我訂套間的意義何在？雖然最後在我提高嗓門後先給了房卡，讓後來的務必過來登記，但實在不能理解這種做法，不明白意義何在。直接説明記得讓入住人過來登記不就好了？難道有誰會拒絕嗎？）

房間設施很新，乾淨整潔衞生，提供的一次性用品也很好用。離公交站幾百米還算方便。唯一的缺點就是臨街的房間有噪音。

問了服務人員，2-5樓是客房，和朋友一起選擇了雙床房、小度人工智能，功能齊全，服務員熱情純樸，房間安靜衞生也很乾凈，特別表揚一下前台杜杜，服務太棒了入住辦理地很快，需要時還可以在前台免費打印東西，太貼心了！！！

第一次入住襄陽棲客的酒店，這家店裝修很有特色，房間空間很大，馬桶都是全自動的😘 ，熱水器很好用，床墊很軟，枕頭各備了兩款不同的，衞生和服務也很棒，有求必應，有種賓至如歸的感覺 ，房間有塊小黑板也被精心的佈置，寫上了吉利的話語，我家孩子特別喜歡這塊小黑板，可以在上面寫寫畫畫，總體來説體驗感超棒👍 非常適合出差和全家旅遊，早餐豐富味道很好值得推薦！！！
