已經提前付款了酒店房費，去酒店是晚上十點半，被老闆告知沒有房間了，衹能退錢！五一節日酒店本來就緊張，老闆私自把房間給別人了，也不通知一聲！等我們拖着箱子到酒店才説房子給別人了！真是無語，這種酒店太沒有素質了！沒有道德！沒有底線了！
