I stayed in room 102. Even with the sunshade over the outdoor soaking tub fully open, it couldn't block the view from the second-floor windows. I suggest hiring younger staff for the front desk (it seemed like both when I arrived and left, they were middle-aged). Younger staff might be more attentive and enthusiastic. The water in the room was a bit inconvenient to drink. I suggest placing a mat or towel near the outdoor soaking tub. This would prevent slipping and allow you to step on it before entering the room, otherwise the floor inside will be wet. Everything else was great; the projector and shower facilities were excellent. The lack of breakfast was definitely a drawback. However, the fact that Lezhizhi has several branches in Xiangyang shows their quality. If the front desk service were even better, it would be perfect.
