衞生:衞生條件很好，房間乾淨整潔,被褥床單非常乾淨。房間不僅整體乾淨，細節方面打掃得也是一絲不苟，比如不起眼的角落，置物架等都非常乾淨沒有灰塵
服務:老闆娘都非常熱情，他們會及時熱情地為你解答各種問題，有需要還會告訴你旅遊指南以及那裡可以買水果哪裡有免税店哪裡有湖南特色小吃哪裡有夜市等等
位置:位於湖南省岳陽市湘陰縣，周邊有著名的洋沙湖景區
裝修:裝修很用心，簡約但不簡單，很贊
景觀:風水位置極佳
價格:價格優惠，與同等價位的其他酒店

假前乘着人少提前來到洋沙湖遊玩，需要找一個地方留宿，剛好看中了這家賓館，到的時候前台熱情接待，服務態度好。我訂的整個房間乾淨，細節到位，令人舒適。雖然不遠處是主幹道，但是環境異常安靜舒適，晚上睡眠良好，整體不錯，超出我的預期。

個人強烈推薦，這家賓館徹底打破了我對快捷住宿的刻板印象！入住的房間採光通透，床品潔白如新，連衞生間邊角都潔凈無塵，消毒細節滿分。老闆夫婦熱情似家人，主動幫提行李、推薦地道美食。提供乒乓球室，還能打打乒乓球，這樣兼顧衞生、服務與娛樂的寶藏賓館，絕對值得反覆入住！

賓館很好找，就在路邊，停車非常方便，進來裏面 老闆非常熱情，又是泡茶 又是遞煙，房間很大很寬敞，而且地面很乾凈，住過很多賓館，這家最滿意，大寫的贊👍

離洋沙湖中學不遠，開車的話5分鐘內可達，老闆服務態度好，房間設施比較簡單，但整體乾淨整潔，停車也方便。
