This is the first time I have changed 4 rooms in 24 hours.
First, let me complain about the hygiene situation.
We booked three double rooms and one twin room. They all brought their children with them, and when they went in, they found the toilet was in the state shown in Figure 1. It was so disgusting at this point that the front desk asked me to change rooms. The toilet in the second room was also not cleaned properly as shown in Figure 2.
Then I waited for about half an hour before being moved to a room on the second floor. I was exhausted at this point. When I was out, the hotel called me and told me that they would change my room. When I went back and asked about it, I was told that there was a leak in the bathtub. When I went in to take a look, I saw that the bathtub on the third floor was leaking, and there was water all over the roof (see Figure 4). It was so scary. What would have happened if the ceiling had collapsed and the child hadn't been noticed?
After all, this hotel is under the Banyan Tree brand, so I don’t know why the basic hygiene conditions are so worrying.
Manager Fu's handling attitude was relatively good, but the hygiene management of such a large hotel is too poor.
Then talk about other things. The funniest thing about the children's playground is that there are a lot of sand-digging tools but there is no sand to dig. Why?
It is very inconvenient to take a taxi from the hotel. Have you considered having a shuttle bus to the tourist center?
Generally speaking, the hotel is positioned to be high-end, but the service cannot keep up. I met a group of old ladies from Shanghai who were lost and couldn't find their building. The instructions were not clear and there was no service staff to guide us.
The breakfast was good, delicate and refreshing.
However, the lingering fears about this toilet really prevent me from recommending it!
This is my first complaint in nearly 20 years of using Ctrip!
