Our experience at this hotel was beyond amazing. The location was beautiful, the staff was extremely helpful (especially Lawrence!) and we feel extremely grateful. We definitely recommend staying at this stunning hotel! They even gifted us a bottle of wine and a cake for our honeymoon. Very close to Shenxianju Scenic Area as well!

Amazing hotel. Beautiful interior, very aesthetic. It just breathes calmness and relaxation. It's so nice to go onto balcony and just watch nature. Pure bliss. The breakfast was great. The only downside was that pool was closed and we were so excited to go swimming

悦榕莊全國的都基本住完了 每年都來仙居玩水 去年就知道開了悦榕莊旗下的悦柳 結果人家當時不做寵物生意 今年看着可以帶寵物了就過來住了 結果大失所望 沒有一個禮賓和保安 前台兩個人看着我們車停到門口一動不動 不來招呼 我們司機過去 他才出來幫我拿行李 拿了行李非常不熟練 還把我剛買的楊梅碰摔了。安排的房間及其不方便 而且也沒有歡迎水果 房間設施為0 因為是黑鑽的緣故 攜程幫我溝通為了給我道歉升級了房間。前廳經理也表示了歉意。我覺得都沒什麼了 甚至還打算在社交平台發一下他們宣傳一下。結果第二天我們要退房 打電話給客房部 拿行李。客房部直接拒絕拿行李 然後我們打其他的電話。非常的無語 怎麼會這樣呢？一個酒店給你電話打過來 而且是在你昨天已經有很不好體驗感基礎上 你還不幫我們拿行李 還推三阻四 非常的失望 我作為一個黑鑽 很少寫差評 這次真的忍無可忍 而且還是在專門過來住的情況下！

- 客房：入住山景大床房，設計融合新中式與現代簡約風，原木色調温馨治癒。床品柔軟，智能馬桶、化粧鏡等細節彰顯品質，迷你吧有特色楊梅汁和楊梅酥。
- 公區：酒店餐廳後有一條小溪，青山綠水，拍照絕美。不用去淡竹也可以嬉戲玩水。

從入住前到離店，管家Lynn Zhu全程服務，入住前一天就發了注意事項和周邊景區旅遊攻略，入住期間遇到問題也很快響應。歡迎水果是三色小番茄。最貼心的是，入住時下暴雨，禮賓小哥哥小姐姐出來撐傘接我們。唯一不足是遇上團隊活動，服務人手有點不夠。
酒店附贈了3張免費跟拍，拍攝小哥也非常值得誇誇，前期會溝通你想要的拍攝風格，後期拍攝也很專業，很出片👍
總結：若想尋一處兼顧自然與人文的度假之所，悦柳絕不會讓人失望。建議錯峯出行，體驗更佳！
