酒店位置不錯，在市區距離高鐵不遠，這次是來咸寧旅遊主要是來泡温泉和際華冰雪滑雪館玩雪的，性價比還不錯，房間中規中矩，健身房洗衣房配套都齊全，距離泡温泉的地方6公里距離，車程10多分鐘，距離際華冰雪香城滑雪館14公里，車程不到20分鐘，基本打個的士都能解決問題，第二天還在門口免費的咸寧市博物館逛了逛，按理推薦，下次還會繼續選擇。

這個酒店是我住以來最差的，同等價位的酒店會有太多選擇，還是喜歡華信、麗楓，昨晚入住前才知道咸寧開了全季，.後悔選擇這個，首先是酒店衞生，進去不到五分鐘我就要求換房間，酒店床上靠枕上有毛，床單濕漉漉的（這跟酒店洗手間浴室設計有關，浴室門頂是空的，洗完澡水汽排不出去自然循環在房間裏），其次重點説説服務，早上因為要早退房，打電話前台問小姐姐要個酒店袋子裝臟衣服，對方告知人開會去了，沒有人，讓我等着，我説我要退房，她説沒人怎麼辦，等着吧。。。態度極其惡劣，我是消費者不是來受氣的，貴酒店機器人也開會？給我整體感覺就是該酒店衞生做得不嚴謹，其次，前台服務工作者工作散漫不專業，前台的工作是一個酒店的門面，服務就是這水平，那麼，我也有質疑這個酒店專業及評分推薦，服務是一個酒店的品牌和生命線，如果服務這樣又怎麼能被大家認可。
