酒店是管家式服務，出發前管家就發了定位，全程也是微信上聯繫。到酒店後隨時都有服務員服務，服務很熱情。定的單層木屋，房間大，環境好，房間外就是一個小湖，湖裡有兩衹黑天鵝，小朋友站在房間外平台上，就可以喂黑天鵝，房間裏也提供了喂黑天鵝的玉米，很貼心。小朋友開心得不得了。房間裏的按摩椅非常舒服，大人也按得很開心。仙鶴放飛也很好看。唯一不太滿意的是酒店內部餐廳，菜品少，味道差，而且我們也是提前訂座了，結果到了之後，想坐的位置都不能坐，説是有人訂了，吃完飯也沒看到有人來，有點不開心。

新開的，集生態人文生活一體的休閑渡假區。員工非常熱情。大堂前台的小姐從未入住就打電話聯繫確認，到酒店後主動升級房間。客房每一位服務員都主動熱情打招呼，幫助提行李，而且走時幫我送到了車上。餐廳的服務員也很熱情，送了好喝的酸梅湯解暑，就餐時還幫我安排了很好的觀景位置，主動介紹了灰雁放飛的時間。

首先要肯定的是環境優美，帳篷營地很有特色，鶴放飛很震撼，工作人員服務態度非常好（從入住到離店，一路上遇到所有的工作人員都會對你微笑問好，值得表揚）。餐廳用餐離帳篷營地還是不太方便，菜品也少。關於墓園我想説，雖然之前做了心理建設，但實際路過公益墓區時還是心裏不太舒服，既然是旅遊區，為什麼不能規劃一條避開的路線，逝去的人們也不想去打擾吧！雖然…．但是墓地這部分很介意…應該不會再去了

第一次帶孩子住小木屋，都興奮的不得了，設施齊全，服務態度特別好，有一種賓至如歸的感覺，感謝前台的青青還有營地的服務員，基本都是有求必應。可以天公不作美，第二天下大雨沒能在園區遊玩，孩子們都説下次還要去，下次就要住帳篷或者單層小木屋，總之要把他們感興趣的房型都住一遍，哈哈。總之，很開心，很滿意。
