朋友推薦的住宿，這次帶媽媽來西安遊玩便入住了兩晚，這家住宿整體還不錯，老闆也挺熱情，給我們安排的房間有暖氣也朝陽。洗漱用品齊全。店附近還有許多西安特色美食，吃的飽飽，玩得happy

免費接送機服務👍當天預訂好就打電話和老闆預約好了幾點接機，師傅也很準時來接👍👍這個服務挺好。房間還可以，空間大，全天熱水充足。在附近景區遊玩了一下還不錯👍

請給我一個解決方案！！！！！！
因為工作原因經常出差，這家店絕對是我住過最離譜的了，首先是平台規定八點前可以免費取消（圖一圖二）我們臨時有其他的安排，看着評論感覺有些不太好，申請取消後店家給拒絕了，那算了，就去住唄，想着還能差到什麼地步呢。精彩的來了，進門後前台無人，連登記都不需要，這種入住不登記的操作符合規矩嗎？打電話給房東，房東説直接自己在前台拿卡就行，入住後打算洗個澡，好麼 前十幾秒還有點温度，後面突然就變成冰水，沒錯，不是温水，是冰水，第二天我醒來後直接就是發燒到39.2度，因為我是6點的飛機，提前跟房東約定好第二天早上4點的接送機，我還害怕人家司機等我害怕誤機，我提前十五分鐘就在那個充滿奇怪味道的前台等，等到4點我看沒有司機，我就打電話給房東，打了七八個就是不接，睡的死死的，我硬生生等這個大哥到四點半，實在沒辦法我打車了，我凌晨四點半在村子裏怎麼打車啊，我真的是發燒到不行，心理和生理極度崩潰，打不上車還要誤機，終於打上車了還要加價司機才來接，那還能怎麼辦呢，加錢唄，到了機場又要妥協疲憊且發燒的身體拉着行李箱揹着包瘋狂沖。
一直到今天現在下午19:00了 店家還是沒有回覆我
我現在四個問題
1.為什麼不能按照平台規定時間內取消房間
2.為什麼店內無人
3.為什麼入住不需要登記
4.對於我因為酒店的水温造成的發燒如何解決
5.對於接送機服務的失約如何補償
