定了酒店後，前台服務員廢話特別多，一直再強調一樓有點潮，我説沒關係，後面還連續當著朋友的麪説了幾遍不止，是不是有什麼毛病？****嗎？***能不知道一樓不好，我就是預算緊張才定的一樓，用你強調嗎？還在我朋友面前還説什麼玩意？ 酒店很不錯，人***。

辦入住輸入手機號後，還要關注公眾號輸入手機號，簡直離譜，解釋理由是怕萬一有事聯繫不到住客，真是搞笑，那前面問我要手機號幹啥，攜程上應該也能看到聯繫方式吧。然後打印的紙上誤導住客沒有早餐，但其實預訂的訂單上是含早餐的。早上5點20被一陣吱吱喳喳不知道是老鼠叫還是鳥叫嚇醒。早餐也很拉胯。總之就是很丟華住會的臉。

直接可以用無語來形容
當天我凌晨入住，因為第二天在那邊開會，讓前台幫忙延遲一下退房時間（也就1點延遲一個小時）他説去申請，好到了第二天11點出去吃個飯回來11:50門就打不開了。首先也不説我還沒到時間呢，其次打不開就算了給前台打電話他説讓服務員來開等了10幾分鐘人影都沒有，又再次給前台打，他還反問我人還沒去嗎。又過了幾分鐘我才看到服務員慢慢悠悠的過來開門。本身天氣熱就不太舒服，在樓道一直等。這就是漢庭對客人的服務。真無語

位置距離萬達廣場還有段距離，反正附近飯店不多。房間衞生也還行，就是隔音不太好，走廊的聲音聽的清清楚楚。早餐也沒有之前住的酒店豐盛，想吃個烤麪包都沒有
最生氣的是在定的時候選了免費升級房型，結果到了之後前台説那個是升級到一樓的，還問了一句要大床房嗎？升級房型是從雙床房到大床房？是這麼升的？而且當時明明沒有滿房，安排一個空間更大的雙床房安排不了嗎？
