*The 5 star Performance at our airport hotel *
This was our second stay at Dongshichuan Hotel and once again we were touched by the caring shown by Mr Chow, 曹宇翔the owner.
He responded quickly when we texted him our arrival time (an unearthly 01:35) and was in communication with us at all times. We were told to wait at Gate 324 where we were soon picked up. It was a seamless experience from deplaning to arrival at the hotel. We never once had to stress about when & where the pick up was or wondered whether there would even be one!
Then he surprised us by upgrading our room! It was a lovely and very spacious room and had all the must-have amenities for a comfortable night’s stay.
Since our next flight was scheduled for after midnight the following morning we decided to check off a day trip to Mt. Huashan on our bucket list. And we had Mr Chow to thank for helping us to pull it off.
1. He arranged for our transport to the nearest metro station. When we couldn’t find a taxi on the way back we texted him for assistance and he immediately got a Didi to pick us up!
2. He allowed us to freshen up after our long Huashan day trip.
3. We had our pre departure dinner at the restaurant conveniently situated beside his hotel.
4. Finally he ensured that we were in time for our flight.
We were amazed to receive such warm hospitality and personalised service from a budget hotel.

Really friendly host. I called informing him that my flight was arriving after 12am and he offered to send a driver to arrange airport pickup. He also arranged a taxi for me to the metro station the next day. Clean bedroom and really cozy. Thank you!

This is a really amazing hotel. Very helpful and friendly owner and so convenient to get free pick up and drop off at the airport . It has everything you need and hot water . It is excellent value for money .

I rarely give full marks, but this one is really worth it. I have looked at 681 hotels near Xi'an Airport during the anti-counterfeiting campaign, and I remember to choose the one with a non-scrolling screen sign, so after looking around, I finally chose this Dongshechuan hotel to check in in the middle of the night. When I picked up the airport, it was quite clean overall and the style showed that the boss had carefully decorated it. I didn’t rush the next day so I slept a little longer and didn’t leave until 11:30. I didn’t have a car and the boss even called one for me. When I booked a taxi online, I felt embarrassed and asked to give the taxi fare to the boss. The boss said no need to do so and the price/performance ratio was very high. I really didn’t expect that I could stay in such a hotel that exceeded my expectations for only a few dozen yuan. I will stay there next time if I need it. Coming

This time, I was very satisfied with the B&B I chose with my friend. The room was quiet and comfortable, far away from the noise. Compared with the previous B&B, this one is quieter. There was no noise, and the quiet atmosphere of the room gave me an extremely comfortable living experience. I slept until dawn and almost missed the flight.
