還行，免費接機送站，旁邊一家飯店吃的人很多，還不錯，離高鐵站機場都不遠，熱水充足又快，空調聲音大但很熱乎

住了一晚上身上被蟎蟲咬了七八個包，一邊腰五個，肚子一個，另一邊腰一個，手上還有四個。一早起來手上就疼，拍了照。十點退房，剛好有送機就趕緊先上車了。然後就去機場坐地鐵區了西安。忙了一天，下午就開始覺得很癢，但工作沒做完就忍着。晚上八點多忙完到了西安的酒店，覺得不行要去趟葯店。葯店的人一看就説是蟎蟲葯的，給我拿了葯，花了41。買完葯就跟入住酒店反應，也把微信的付款頁面發給他了，結果説要第二天跟老闆反應。結果第二天晚上八點多才跟我説找了沒找到蟲子，然後説如果我能提供當時的購物小票就給我報銷葯費，不然財務不合規。
我又不是酒店工作人員，我衹是個住客，怎麼合規是他們的事。但出了這麼個事，酒店的反應速度和解決方式都很有問題。自從那天在這個酒店住了一晚，第二天就開始不好睡了，早晚要抹葯，白天還奇癢無比。後面兩張是已經過了兩天後的情況，還是很癢，還是很大的包。我不是説要他們賠償，酒店不差這點賠償，難道我就差這幾十塊錢麼。而是要個説法，要酒店一個態度。
但是住客身上有這個情況，酒店沒有表示歉意，也沒有表示關心，反而怪我沒有退房的時候就立刻反映情況，怪我沒有留證據，怪我沒有拿購物小票，怪我搞得他們的財務不合規。反正都是住客的問題，他們都很好。

因為看鳳凰傳奇的演唱會，所以訂了一家離奧體中心近的酒店。但是這家酒店是目前為止我所住過的所有酒店裡服務，設施最差的。白天入住時酒店工作人員沒有給我。在攜程預訂的房間。沒有升級房間的前提下，你還給我做了降級。我們提出了質疑。心不甘情不願的給了我們所預訂的房間。在沒有滿員的前提下，給我們的這間房間的淋浴龍頭還是壞的。等晚上要洗澡的時候不想洗頭也讓你洗頭的那種。打電話到前台衹是把下面接口處捏緊了，整個淋浴的龍頭還是壞的。在這個前提下還跟我講已經修好了。我到前台説這個淋浴頭不行。晚上的工作人員也確實提出了是不是需要換個房間。我們覺得要收拾行李也是一件非常麻煩的事情。我們希望酒店在第二天的上午能夠給我們換一個淋浴頭。結果直到我們退房都沒有人來更換。凌晨1點，被蚊子咬醒。打電話到前台問，有沒有蚊香？跟我説，房間裏都有，你自己找。這玩意兒就沒有我去哪裡找？工作一個月再上樓到其他房間去拔了個蚊香給我。還好隔壁有一家西北王可以吃飯。這地方連叫個外賣都成問題，想喝杯咖啡吃個水果都要從10km外送過來。

很好的酒店，入住時還送來兩瓶礦泉水，房間空間大，採光好、明亮，設施齊全，前台服務不錯，有免費的停車場，出行也很方便，還免費延遲退房，非常推薦！

適合西安隔夜轉機，要是第二天下午的飛機，早晨還可以去咸陽古渡、文廟逛一逛。
位置：距離機場特別近，開車約10-15min車程。
