前台服務人員很好，很主動，熱情。酒店房間很不錯，床品舒適，睡得安心，同時熱水也比較大，洗澡的時候舒適，被褥睡得很舒服，一次性用品齊全，還有免費瓶裝礦泉水，主要我要一瓶水，服務員送2瓶水並問我夠不夠，需要物品可以跟我們説。還是很感動這種服務態度的，環境整潔，房間佈局很棒，服務周到，讓人很安心！酒店 位置市中心地段，外出購物非常的方便，價格在市區中不算貴，很滿意的一次住宿體驗，推薦！

地理位置好，交通方便，基礎設施完善，室內乾淨整潔，隔音效果好，洗漱用品和一次性用品齊全，入住很放心！酒店裝修也很新穎，設計風格滿滿，簡約而不簡單，很有韻味。還可以寄存行李，前台小姐姐很有耐心，服務細緻入微，細緻周到。個人覺得性價比高蠻高的，推薦給大家入住！

前台服務態度很不錯，客房也是乾淨衞生，衞生還可以，周圍環境不錯，都是商場出行方便，逛街購物地方很多！前台給免費升級了房間，客房人員也很禮貌，親切問好，管理人員素質好，服務員還多送了兩瓶水！特別推薦入住！性價比高！下次還會選擇星辰酒店

酒店真是給了我一個大大的驚喜！性價比很高！適合外出旅行，幫朋友預訂得，前台很親切，感謝小張免費升級房間服務做得非常到位。房間佈局合理，設施齊全，客房大姐很有禮貌，態度親和，客房還提供了很多貼心的服務，小張真是百事通，還可以幫忙聯繫去兵馬俑的行程。哈哈，出門就是小吃街，中山街裏面都是老咸陽建築，很滿意的一次出行！下次來還會選擇這裏星辰酒店！
