Very bad hotel! We were supposed to check in at 2 o'clock, but we arrived at 5:30 and they told us that the room was not cleaned yet. There were no other rooms available. This seriously infringes upon our consumers' reasonable check-in time and itinerary arrangements. We had to wait in the hotel for more than half an hour before we could check in. Tourists' schedules are very tight. We were clearly not able to check into our room during the time we purchased it. They said that the previous guest left late because he got married. Will the hotel not charge us the extra time fee? The hotel charges two prices for one room, why should we consumers bear the waiting time? I couldn't get into the room to rest in time, so I could only leave my things at the front desk and leave in a hurry. I forgot about what the front desk said about putting my luggage in the room when I got back, and I ran up and down again to get my luggage. Stayed for three days, and when I was leaving, I specifically asked the front desk to clean the room, but they agreed and then forgot! ! ! It is really speechless...it affects people's rest and arrangements! ! ! The room was still dirty when we came back, and it was very embarrassing to watch the auntie cleaning it. The attitude of the front desk was also very bad. When we negotiated reasonably to refund one day's room rate, they directly said "Impossible, that's how it is during the New Year". We said we would file a complaint with the Market Supervision Bureau, but the front desk said it was useless. Is there still law? It’s so infuriating, everyone please avoid it! The facilities are also very old, the air conditioning is not working, and the exhaust fan is not working... This kind of hotel is really a shady shop.

一次不錯的體驗，入住三天，早上有美味佳餚，酒店跟安靜。服務態度也很好妹子很漂亮。最後一天一衹小鳥也從極小的窗縫鑽進來問候我。附圖。

哇哦，這次在仙遊入住維也納酒店，真的是一次超級棒的體驗，必須來和大家分享一下！先來説説環境吧，酒店的位置超棒，就在高鐵站附近，對於出行的人來説非常方便。而且周邊比較安靜，沒有那種嘈雜的喧鬧聲。酒店的外觀氣派，大堂裝修精緻典雅，一進去就給人一種很温馨舒適的感覺。內部的裝飾風格也非常有格調，走廊的燈光和佈置都讓人感覺很温暖。設施方面也讓我非常滿意，房間裏的床品質量超棒，床墊軟硬度適中，被子蓬鬆又暖和，讓我每晚都能甜甜入睡。房間裏的空調效果很好，製冷制熱都超快，電視屏幕很大很清晰，頻道選擇也很多。衞生間的設施也都很新，淋浴的水温水量都恰到好處，還有 24 小時的熱水供應，簡直太棒了。服務更是沒得説啦，從踏入酒店的那一刻起，工作人員就熱情地迎接我，辦理入住手續的速度非常快，還耐心地給我介紹酒店的各種設施和周邊的景點、美食。在入住期間，每次遇到工作人員，他們都會微笑着和我打招呼，讓人如沐春風。而且有任何需求，衹要給前台打電話，他們都會第一時間幫忙解決，真的超貼心。衞生情況更是無可挑剔，房間裏一塵不染，床單、枕套都非常乾淨整潔，沒有任何異味。衞生間也打掃得十分乾淨，地面沒有水漬，馬桶、洗手枱都亮晶晶的。公共區域也都保持着很高的衞生標準，垃圾桶總是及時清理，地面也經常能看到保潔人員在打掃。總之，這次在仙遊維也納酒店的入住體驗堪稱完美，下次有機會來仙遊，我一定還會選擇這裏，也強烈推薦給各位朋友們！
