最開始第一次入住這家維也納就看比平時住的維也納同等房間要小很多，設施也很陳舊，但是好在前台服務態度不錯，勉強住下了。第二次來孝感依舊選擇的這家酒店，直到今天才發現這客房服務員態度極差，我住了十二年的酒店了第一次遇見退房時間到了不退房要先下樓付錢再上樓睡覺，不接受走的時候結賬，活不起了是？酒店大門口修路，過道嘈雜，電梯無需刷卡，社會人員混亂，同價位比這家設施好的酒店有n家，考慮維也納品牌的就直接北京路維也納。

維也納酒店也是一個非常有規模的連鎖酒店，服了早上六點打5個電話給總枱沒人接，淋浴房龍頭漏水，浴巾又破又不衞生

房間乾淨整潔 ，服務熱情周到，本來定的是無窗的房型，前台人員還免費幫我升級了，酒店的性價比非常高，無論是價格還是服務質量都讓人滿意。酒店的位置非常便利，交通十分方便，周邊還有很多美食，非常適合出差或者旅遊🥰

酒店房間乾淨明亮也寬敞，停車就在門口，比較方便。出去的時候到前台拿個免費停車券。前台服務態度好，衞生間淋浴的水大。早餐的熱乾麪也不錯。但希望早餐品種還可以增加一些品種，那樣供住客選擇更好。總體維也納是經常入住的選擇。

兩分都嫌給的多。晚上9點多到店，旋轉門早停了，邊上的門自己手動推開，到大堂衹有一個穿白襯衫的人坐在大廳的客沙發上開着手機視頻外放，抬了下眼皮説開房哦？我一邊説有預訂，一邊往前台看去，發現前台一個人都沒有，白襯衫男人説等一會兒吧上廁所去了，我説什麼時候回來，他説等一會就行了。然後帶着老公兒子坐沙發上等了十多分鐘，因為坐了六個小時高鐵加上孩子生物鐘到了，我問白襯衫男人能不能打個電話，他説馬上來了。到這會兒我和老公已經很不爽了，到進了房間，發現外面棋牌室充滿了煙味，裏面房間也味道很重，甚至連個像樣的窗户都沒有。來孝感第一天就因為這個破酒店，觀感太差了
