5-star hotel service. Professional and homey. Great hospitality. Fantastic view. Clean room with good-quality toiletry. Automatic toilet. Heater floor. Assorted welcome fruits. Delicious local breakfast buffet. The evening hotpot is definitely a must-try. Free shuttle to Changping Valley and the vicinity. I recommend my sister and friend to select this place for their Siguniang trip.

small hotel with only 11 rooms. I got a twin room on second floor looking out to the mountains - jaw dropping view. The decoration is great , warm feeling , all nice touch inside out. The room is well laid out and a very comfortable stay. Location is a bit from centre, means you need car to the entrance and to the restaurants but definitely worth it. All young staffs are not good at English but they tried their best to give us their great hospitality.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The staff were amazingly kind — they picked us up from the bus station, helped with every need, they recommended and arranged transport to the hotpot restaurant and scenic spots. The staff even prepared fresh fruit and complimentary dinner for us. They were also very helpful, when we missed our bus back to the city, they quickly contacted the driver to help send us back to the city in time.
The view from the room was breathtaking — you can see Siguniangshan Mountain right outside your window. The room was beautifully decorated, and very comfortable.
Truly felt like being cared for by family. Highly recommended!

我們到的比較晚，民宿工作人員提前聯繫我們，提前開了地暖，等我們到了之後還非常熱心的搬運行李，到了之後還準備了熱茶。民宿的環境很好，而且窗外遠處就是四姑娘山。可惜天氣不好，早上雲層很厚，還下了會雨，我們沒能見到四姑娘山全貌。房間裏配備了一台吸氧機和一次性鼻導管，需要的時候可以吸氧。到的當天我們都還好，第二天早上都有點高反，吸會氧氣緩解了一些。

在這裏，不僅看到了星山月影，還有四姑娘山日照金山！房間寬敞舒適，服務貼心，飯菜美味可口。剛上山那天有高反，好在房間配有供氧機，服務人員貼心提醒，不舒服時吸二十分鐘左右緩解症狀，不要一直依賴設備。第二天果然適應了。這家酒店是此次九寨行最棒的酒店之一，位置絕佳，強烈推薦！

這是一家很棒的民宿，定之前在平台上有做過比較和篩選，最終選擇了星山月影。十月的出遊，四月初已經定好了計劃，抱着對日照金山的嚮往，對旅程充滿期待。
民宿的整體服務意識很高，工作人員都面帶微笑。入住那天傍晚，民宿工作人員先跟我們電話聯繫，九點多我們到的時候幫我們一起搬運行李送到房間。進門就有哈達和熱茶，讓人感覺很温暖。
酒店整體給人感覺很有feel，房間很大，床品也舒服，配備了製氧機和加濕器，果盤裡的水果永遠是滿的。
比較驚喜的是民宿的飯菜也很好吃，早餐是自助的，也可以點米粉。晚餐我們預訂了松茸土雞火鍋，量很足，蔬菜是可以免費加的，定的時候工作人員會告訴你這個湯他們需要高壓鍋煮兩個小時，所以沒法提前吃，做好了會發消息通知，很良心而且真的好吃。
如果是去長坪溝的客人，晚上回來還有免費泡腳，這點挺好，不管是22公里來回的山路還是6個小時的騎馬都能稍微得到一些放鬆。
四姑娘山的天氣是對我們旅程的嘉獎，連續兩天都看到了幺妹峯，酒店平台上有人夾着三腳架從白天拍到黑夜。有想過為什麼有的人嚮往雪山，可能就是通過漫長等待，在不確定因素的加持下，當陽光照射在那條山脊上反射出金燦燦的光芒時，能感受到自然的希望和力量。所有的期待得到了迴應，此行很滿足，期待與雪山的再次相遇。

第一次寫評價，酒店非常不錯，超乎預期了，值這個價，從入住到離開，管家的服務都很貼心，還贈送了一份早餐。酒店內部用的產品也都很好，全套的歐舒丹，住宿和五星級酒店無異。選的土雞鍋也很好吃，雖然是兩人份，但我們三人都沒吃完….量太足了！總體很滿意，下次還願意入住～btw..房間內能看到日照金山，酒店也有藏服提供拍照（如果款式更多些就好啦）

第一次來四姑娘山，很幸運來到了位於長坪溝的星山月影民宿，滿是驚喜。這裏景色絕美，可以説是最佳觀景點，不論是餐廳還是頂樓露台，都可以看到四姑娘山全貌。
環境佈置很精緻；房間乾淨衞生，温度舒適，設施齊全；早餐可口，晚上的小火鍋很有特色；老闆人非常好👍工作人員也很熱情，對顧客十分照顧。
非常好的一次入住體驗，下次還會再來。
