意想不到的好酒店，第一次來孝義，選酒店真是挺難。但是，看了評論後果斷決定住維也納！非常好，停車方便、早餐豐富、床品上乘、設施完善、睡眠質量很好！值得表揚的是前台小王，真是熱心、負責、令人感動（她不知情，是偷拍哦）。下次來孝義還選維也納！！！

從攜程上訂了兩個標間，到達後想看看條件如何再決定是否入住。結果前台的小姐姐主動提出給房間升級，於是直接入住。因為是自駕，擔心房外有壓縮機聲音，我們提出換一間安靜的房間，前台很爽快地給換了。服務員還每個房間都送了果盤。我們提出每個房間再加兩瓶礦泉水。服務員也很痛快地給加了。另：酒店的早餐特別好。還有手擀麪和小混沌？魚排和紅燒脊骨等。

設施：設施設備都比較新，用起來很順手。比較喜歡這種浴室的大鏡子。感覺心情舒暢。
衞生：衞生很乾凈，木質地板上的紋路都看得清晰。床單也是熨整齊的。牙具什麼的也擺放整齊。
環境：總體是維也納酒店格調，沒啥可説的。挺好。
服務：服務很不錯，前台還有熱好的瓶裝水提供。感覺很貼心。還有洗衣房，正好把襯衫熨燙了一下。
